Beaufort Academy is seeking to hire an After School Program Staff Member to supervise and assist Lower School aged children. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to foster and facilitate the intellectual and social development of the children. This job includes but is not limited to: supporting the program director with all activities, assisting students with homework, and encouraging outdoor/indoor play. All candidates for this position must share the educational philosophy consistent with Beaufort Academy’s mission statement.

• Loves working with children
• High energy and strong ability to relate with students
• Provide support to the program director in a full range of activities
• Nurturing, patient, and flexible disposition
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to assist students with homework and academic needs


Hours
Part-time (12.5 hours a week) during the 2023-2024 school year
2:30pm to 5:00pm Monday through Friday (off all school holidays)
