PUMPKIN CONTEST

For Grades K-4
It’s that time of year again, time for wonderful, storybook pumpkins.
We love them. Get yourself a pumpkin (no more than 8” diameter, please) and decorate it in the likeness of one of your favorite storybook characters. You can use paint, markers, sparkles, and more, but please, no carved pumpkins. Bring it to the BA library between October 21nd-23th. Judging will take place on Wednesday, October 23. We will display them at the Fall Festival, Thursday, October 24. Pumpkins MUST be picked up by Friday, October 25 or they will be placed outside, at their peril, over the weekend. (Please recall the Horrible Rotting Pumpkin Debacle of 2018). Remember to write the character’s name and book title on an index card and put your name and grade on the back of the card.
